1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Natalie, based in Portland's Pearl District and SW Portland, has what it takes to get you feeling great in your skin. She has space in the Pearl District at Hyatt Training or she can travel to you where she can train you 1-on-1 or in small groups. Find buddy(s) to help motivate you and save moolah in the process!

Prevent injury.  Maximize effectiveness.  Learn proper technique and form.  Natalie is certified by the global leader in personal training certification: The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  With her strong background, she will make sure that you perform exercises the right way, staying safe and gaining the maximum benefit from your workout.
